Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
All orders are shipped with Australia Post.
All orders require a signature on delivery. If an attempted delivery is made and there is no one at the delivery address, Australia Post will usually leave a card at the address with information on where to retrieve your parcel from. Please note that we are not liable for any lost or stolen parcels. Any returns will be at the customer's expense.
Please ensure that the shipping address is correct, as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
Please note we are only able to offer shipping to Australia and New Zealand at this time.

Domestic Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is $16 per order and express shipping is $23 per order.

Next business day. This service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside capital cities, next business day service is to and from townships only.
Please note express post service is usually the fastest postal delivery option but be aware Australia Post is experiencing significant delays and express post parcels could take 5 business days or more to be delivered.

International Duties and Taxes
You may be liable for your country's duties and taxes if your order is being delivered outside of Australia. Any charges for duties and taxes are charged once the parcel reaches its destination. These charges are paid by the customer.

We are unable to reimburse any duties or taxes of international orders.
